It’s been a few weeks of warm weather now, with the long days of mid-summer upon us. Some of us are training for summer and fall races. Others are taking a break while the kids are out of school.
Wherever you are with your athletics, it’s always a good time to strengthen your core!
Last summer, we did a whole month of core work. It was fun, and I learned a lot from your feedback. Mostly, I learned that it’s important to incorporate accountability methods into this challenge.
So this year, I’ve changed some things up. It’s shorter: 21 days. No breaks. For three Sundays we will meet in person (or virtually if you can sign in to Facebook, I’ll go live) for about 20 minutes and practice together. I’ll still be sending out a morning email each day with a core exercise for you to practice at home, and I’ll be incorporating the moves into my classes through the week.
Let’s do this! The fun starts July 24 and goes until Aug. 13.
