I structure the class for athletes and active people who want to use yoga as an opportunity to slow down and connect with their bodies. It’s 1 hour, 15 minutes, half heat-building and strong and half deep stretching and restorative.
Occasionally, I will teach a Yoga for Athletes workshop, which is 1.5 hours long and involves lots of stretching and strengthening hips, hamstrings, shoulders and core.

First time to class? Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the requisite forms and to set up your mat. Bring a bottle of water as well. If you do not have your own yoga mat, there are mats in the yoga room you may rent for $2.

None of our classes seem to fit with your schedule but you still want to try yoga? We can make that happen! Contact us with times that would work for you and we can schedule a private session. Or, gather a small group together and we can do a small group class.
