It’s hot outside, kids are getting ready to go back to school, it’s truly the dog days of summer. But let’s not let that stop us from having a very strong core!
Join me this whole month as I help guide you to a stronger core, which will not only support your yoga practice, but it will make you feel better all around throughout the day!
